  1. Stop stealing my limited resources!

I check updates daily. Manually like my settings i chose require. As I am on a cellphone wireless hotspot and have limited bandwidth as well as a low end laptop with limited system resources. I have windows 11 home and it hijacks my cp constantly. Stealing my bandwidth and destroying whatever I am attempting to do online. I'm so angry at this constant lack of integrity. This is theft of my resources plain and simple. I don't care what the excuse is. I don't find out until I can not do anything because of system lag. Programs done open etc. I try and restart and windows smugly tells me I canno

    :)

What do we need to do to stop applications stealing focus?

    Old title: Stop Focus Stealing

What do we need to do to stop applications stealing focus? I often start several applications and while the slower ones are starting I begin working in the one that loads first. Problem is that several applications (including IE) steal focus and I end up
typing in the wrong screen. Or deleting something.

When are MS going to fix it? It's been this way for several versions.
