Windows 10: Stop taskbar from popping out

So when I'm in fullscreen mod in games or videos, whenever my mouse went around where the taskbar is it popped out, which is something that didn't happen before the latest update, is there any way to stop this?And please, do not tell me to restart the windows explorer or toggle the automatically hide task bar settings off, I've tried both trillions of times and they never worked, and all I see when I tried to search for other solutions they're always these "go to task bar settings blah blah blah, restart your windows explorer blah blah blah"

HELP-- Stop Taskbar Popping up.

Only other thing I can suggest is turning off notifications on certain programs, or,
if you want to get drastic, you could Ctrl+Shift+Right Click on the Taskbar and 'Exit Explorer', as long as the games/apps will continue running with Explorer shut down!

Are you referring to taskbar preview window pop-ups?



If yes, there is no option to disable the taskbar window pop-ups when you hover the mouse, this is by design.

However you may Auto-hide taskbar by following the below steps and check if it helps.

• 
  Right click on the taskbar and select properties.
  
• 
  In the Taskbar tab, Place a tick mark for Auto-hide the taskbar.

Follow the steps:

• Go to Start, enter the phrase Windows Feedback, and then select Windows Feedback.
• See if someone else has given similar feedback by entering the topic, such as Microsoft Music.

• To narrow your search to a specific category, pick the category that most closely matches your feedback (so it gets to the right people quickly). For example, for feedback about the Music app, select Apps > Music.

HELP-- Stop Taskbar Popping up.

Nearly three years later, this problem persists. Two apps on my Windows 10 PC, Evernote and Line messenger consistently cause the taskbar to pop up. It's particularly annoying with Evernote, because every time I create a new note, the taskbar appears (often covering a part of the screen I'm using.)

Has anyone figured out how to turn off all taskbar notifications, including those for apps that aren't listed under taskbar notifications?
