Windows 10: Stop updating my apps

So i updated Windows but it also did something weird, while using it updated a bunch of apps with auto update off. I checked and it's still off and it still updating. I took a hammer and smashed the display when it updated the photos app and Minecraft. I got it back using a hdmi device, HOW TO PERMANENTLY TURN OFF AUTO UPDATE AND DOWNGRADE THOSE APPS!!!! and the Microsoft store too
