Stop user from uninstalling chrome extensions

As the title suggest i want to know how do i stop someone from uninstalling chrome extensions on a personal computer.

    Long story
If someone wants to use my pc to browse internet, he also gains access to websites where i am already logged in like gmail facebook etc. At first i wanted to password protect a web url. by protecting the web url with password he wont be able to visit the site. And i have found a extension that does exactly what i wanted. Here

But as google haven't done anything to protect chrome's settings a user can easily disable the extension or change chromes settings.so i want a way to lock the extension so no one can uninstall it without a password or some other hard way.
i also know that i can get around by making a guest profile. But it's not possible in my case so please suggest me another option.

I have read somewhere that it can be done via enterprise policy's, but i dont know how can i apply it on my computer.

    :)

    problem uninstalling google chrome

    Hi,

Since you already uninstalled Google Chrome using the Programs and Features, Google notifications may still be running in the background processes. We suggest that you follow these steps on how to end the Google Chrome process:

    • On your keyboard, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
    • Select Task Manager.
    • Under Processes, locate Google Notifications or Google Chrome.
    • Right click on them and select End Task.
    • Double check under Programs and Features if Google Chrome is completely gone.

Let us know if these steps worked.
