Windows 10: Stop Wallpaper Downloads

How can I stop the constant new wallpapers shown on the Login Screen. I have enough already. Also, I suspect this is causing my pc to go into power saver mode even when the battery is not low and I am in the middle of something.

Slideshow stop working on window 10

I chose default window 10 desktop backgrounds for slideshow ,but today it stops on a single wallpaper instead of changing to all wallpapers while the setting is on slideshow. After that, I chose a single wallpaper but it automatically chose a solid color
and did not set that wallpaper. How can I fix it?

I downloaded Bing Wallpaper there this only one picture I wanted. Instead there are 4 pictures that rotate once a day. How do I stop this, I have clicked the do not shuffle option.

It sounds like you may have "Windows Spotlight" set to be your lock screen background. Setting it to be a picture or slideshow should help.
