    Microphone on Sony WH 1000 XM4 stopped working on Windows 11

    We started having the very same problem today with Win 10 (22H2 version, see below) and the predecessor model Sony WH 1000 XM3.

    It was working fine this morning, then at noon I installed the windows updates and after the reboot the headset mic is gone.

    A coworker had it this morning already with the very same setup.

    The updates that had been installed today are:
