    Stop windows 11 updates


    Is there an official way to stop windows 11 automatically updating my laptop.. It keeps updating which closes all open apps losing data etc and requires reopening files etc each time I go to use the laptop. It is driving me mad and costing data loss and time to rectify.I am aware I can pause updates for a while but this doesnt really help. Please help
