Windows 10: STOP WINDOWS UPDATE FORCED REBOOT AND DELETING MY QUESTIONS

Since you are a bunch of snow fairies and we can't talk straight to you, here's a sugar coated version for your child mouths that is more pleasant to you;Stop the damn windows update forced reboot thing.I understand that you might live on another fantasy planet where all the people work in cubicles 9AM-5PM, but in real world we are interconnected and we produce for people from all around the world.We might do a plethora of task that don't take mich more that 18 hours that's the max that you allow to set as a range of working hours you can ask that pestilence of windows update to not pester yo

^This, then reboot and go to manually update windows. Find KB3035583 in the list of available updates, right-click and "Hide this update" so it doesn't get installed again next go around.

• Delete everything inside it;
• Reboot;
• Try to apply updates again;
• ...

Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?
