Windows 10: stopcode 0xc000021a

I'm getting an error stopcode 0xc000021a and it says it will restart and it just shuts down

Hello Microsoft community,

I recently built a PC from hardware parts and attempted to put Windows 10 onto it. I formatted it correctly (installation menu popped up, went through, etc.) but I got the stopcode 0xc000021a. As this isn't an update and I wasn't "using my PC" so to speak,
www.microsoft.com/stopcode didn't help me. I believe the problem is that I didn't buy an access code (I was ensuring that the process would actually start because installing it has been a bit strange) with the intent that I would buy one and put it in after
I was done.

I assume that I must put in the access code right away, but my PC is now stuck in a loop of showing this stopcode and then force-restarting my computer with occasional error collection in between. I would like to wipe Windows 10 off of my SSD (there's literally
nothing else on it), buy an access code, and then try again. I have no idea how to do this, however.
