Windows 10: Stopcode bluescreen Event ID: 41

Hi,My laptop Thinkpad E14 Gen 3 Type 20Y7, AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics 1.80 GHz, 16.0 GB RAM, Windows 10 Home Version 21H2 and now Windows 11 Home is rebooting randomly during normal office work such as writing emails or just surfing the internet. This issue has occurred multiple times a day recently and each time there is critical system error logged on the event log Event 41, Kernel-Power. Sometimes there's a bug check code, sometimes there isn't. The issue has occurred since I bought the laptop. I've sent the machine to the Lenovo repair center but they claim they didn't find

1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
   
2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows

and check if that helps.

The kernel power event ID 41 error occurs when the computer is shut down, or it restarts unexpectedly. Having said that, we highly suggest performing the troubleshooting steps in this article:

Bluescreen Event-ID 41 (63), BugcheckCode 10

Hi, i am on a brandnew pc, i got 2x a bluescreen now, both times while gaming (leauge of legends) Last bluescreen happend a few hours ago and also the league client had some issue (so this could be an issue with the leauge maybe ?). I did test my memory kit with memtest and there are no issues with my memory it looks like. I also did run the valley benchmark 1.0 for 5-6h and there where no issues. bluescreen event-id 41 (63), bugcheckcode 10. i will also upload the dump-file, if someone here can help me a little please let me know
