Windows 10: Stopcode IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I get a number of other BSOD errors but I guess this time I'm seeking help because I've tried all sorts of things, this crash was shortly after both changing my RAM out and resetting with a fresh install of windows including the 'clean' wipe

Stopcode: IRQL_Not_Less_or_Equal

My computer has started randomly crashing about a week ago. It doesn't seem to matter what i'm doing on it, it will randomly crash and show the blue screen with the stopcode IRQL_Not_Less_or_Equal.

I have already gone through and manually updated all of my drivers (using 'search automatically for updates') and none of them were out of date.

I have also double checked that my hardware is all connected correctly. I have no malware (according to malwarebytes).

I can provide minidump files, but I don't know how to upload them to any file sharing system. It tells me that I do not have permission. So I will need some direction in order to provide those.

I have a major problem with my pc after adding 2x8 RAM (now I'm with 32G) and doing a clean installation after that of my Windows 10 pro 64 bits version 1809 by a company so called specialized in pc maintenance. So the pc currently keeps shutting down and
the two stopcodes IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and BAD_POOL_HEADER are displayed on blue screen. Can anyone help me to fix them? As my pc is my worktool, all that is very annoying, I am losing work sometimes.

Irql_not_less_or_equal

So I have this clients PC that blue screens and gives a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL STOP 0x0000000A error message. Error Goblin (link in sig) says the following:

And I have NO IDEA what the hell that means. It has wrapped around my head 5 times and caused it to explode. Ive ran memtest for 7 and a half hours and it didnt find any errors. I will probably run it again overnight just to be safe. Ive also cleaned out the computer with an air compressor and checked the hard drive for bad sectors are none are to be found.

Im trying like hell to avoid reinstalling Windows but it seems unlikely.

Im going to try updating some drivers and see what happens. Some of the drivers on this computer date back to 2007.

Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Alright so it doesnt look like ill be able to get onto the internet to do anything because nearly every time i try, i get the BSOD. Format seems imminent.
