Windows 10: stopping a message being forwarded to an old mobile number

I am struggling to remove my old work mobile number from my contacts. Currently I get messages to my personal number but when I reply, the message goes to the sender and my old work mobile. Consequently I can no longer see my responses to the message. I can't find the old mobile number anywhere in my contacts lists.. can anyone help???

Recover old messages

With regard to retrieving old messages from messenger, we'd like to know if this is an application. If yes, which messenger application are you referring?

E-mail forwarded as text messages???

The text message is sent to my phone number...I tried replying to the short number (701) with a STOP request, but that didn't help...



The odd thing is, T-Mobile is just my cell provider. Comcast is the e-mail, and I can't see any place I might have put in my cell number to forward the e-mails.
