Windows 10: Storage in C drive is filling on its own

I'm on Windows 10 Home version 2004 and facing this strange behavior since yesterday that the storage in C drive is automatically getting filled. I've cleaned up unnecessary files using storage sense & tried deleting the restore point as well. However, after deleting the restore point, I've gained some space but it's only for some time as the space started filling again.

My C drive keeps filling up by its own (Windows 10)

The space on my C drive (system drive) is disappearing, but im not installing anything. It has 120GB, and is only ment to contain Windows.

I have another drive with 1TB for everything else.

I am not downloading, installing, or doing anything that could cause my C drive to fill up.

I have tried to find a solution, but without success.

I have seen people saying its system restoring filling the drive, but i always disable that.

There's a possibility that the files are just hidden. As an initial troubleshooting, we suggest following the steps below on how to display hidden files that's eating space of your SSD:

• On the Search bar, type folder, and then select
  Show hidden files and folders from the search results.
• Under Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives,
  and then select OK.
