Windows 10: storage is running out on C drive by itself and windows storage settings are lying to me

My OS is installed on my 256gb SSD and I need storage on the SSD for a game I like playing I need it on the SSD for fast loading times and the storage seems to be running out by itself and sometimes when I delete files from the settings>system>storage then instead of getting more storage I'm losing the storage. and what is very interesting is, that I booted up my pc without anything running except for AMD software because if I close it it'll corrupt itself or somehow mess it up and can't use it anymore until I do a clean install to GPU drivers. I'll add 2 pictures and I'll explain them

Hard Drive Storage

I have a 500Gb Hard Drive, running Windows 10 Pro version 1909. My c drive is nearly full, I have checked every area on the pc and nothing adds up to the 486Gb I'm supposed to have available. I have gone to Settings > System > Storage - it shows that 401Gb
is being taken up by Apps and features but when I click on this and show the list of installed apps with their sizes, I have added up the entire list and it comes to 25Gb total. It doesn't show what's eating up the rest of the 400Gb of space. I have deleted
everything I can and have only been able to free up 11Gb so far so my c drive is still showing red. At this point is the only other step to reload the pc, or does anyone have any suggestions as to what it might be and how to fix?

Running out of storage in C Drive

I'm running out of storage in my C drive and tried to clean my drive. When I checked Settings>Storage, I found that out of the 239 GB space in my C drive, about 179 GB is occupied by Other people. When I clicked on Other People it showed me 3 other accounts
of my family members. 179 GB is an enormous amount of data to be taken up by 3 other accounts. How do I clean up their accounts without deleting them as they also need to use the computer?

 

Can´t change the default storage drive.

I changed the default storage drive (from C: to D in "Settings>>System>>Storage, however the Windows continues to install all apps in C: drive. Any suggestion?
