    Hi,I have a microsoft office 365 student account through my university however after getting a new laptop at Christmas 2020 i mistakingly signed up and also paid for microsoft family 365 I didnt realise payment had been taken as i thought i would have been registered as a student and microsoft have refused to refund my €99... Anyway.. as that package is now expired and my payments cancelled as I have a student account why am i being restricted with storage? My google and onedrive notifications are indicating that i am over my max capacity.How can i fix this as i dont want to lose my colleg

    Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

    Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

    All I have synced are my contacts and calendar. Yet, I am maxed out in storage. I deleted files and my storage increases rather than decreases. Is this normal?

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
