I am currently moving data off storage spaces onto another drive because of the 63TB limit and I cannot remove the drive because it says it's still using that amount of space. It says it's using 44.4TB but both WizTree and Explorer add up to 33.3TBhttps://imgur.com/JaiXl1E https://imgur.com/6QQDdn8 https://imgur.com/gwimeu4 I've Optimised Drive Usage and have restarted the PC but it still shows the number. I moved a lot of the data to another drive last night. I'm having to move data to spare drives just so that I can hopefully remove the pool to then re-add to Drive Pool. I didn't want

    :)

    Problem with Storage Space

Funny...on actually reading the title on that unrecognized status disk, it is titled Microsoft Storage Space. I was ust surprised to see it listed in the drive list.

  3. Storage Space

Surface Pro 3 storage space is low. Storage settings say that Apps and Games is using 17.5 GB but when I add up the space from the list of apps it is only 5.7 GB. What is taking up up the other ~12 GB and how do I free up space?

Storage Spaces Actual Available Space (Windows10)?

I am testing storage spaces in Windows 10 to store a large amount of data. I am currently testing with a mixture of drive sizes using parity. The available space reports the size of the pool which is not the actual available capacity. Is there any way
to query how much data I can actually write to the space before I will be told to add more disks? I am using 2x128GB, 1x250GB and 1x500GB with parity resilience. I would assume the available space would be something like three times the smallest disk because
I know one disk will be used for parity. Is there any way to get the actual available space with a powershell query or something else?

  10. Storage shows more space than it actually has

in Windows 10 Network and Sharing
Storage shows more space than it actually has: My Windows 10 partition C: actually has 49.2GB and the Recovery 1.26GB, so together 50.46GB. But, the Storage says, it has 233GB and 224GB as used. I've no idea, from where Storage gets such info. Does anyone know, how to correct this? Thanks!...
