Windows 10: Storage won’t save data.

Any time I do anything to my computer, my computer would not save the data. Right now, I have alot of junk photos, files I don’t use, and a beach photo as my screen background. My storage must be broken because whenever I change or add or delete something on my computer, it would go back, the next time I reset my pc. Whenever I delete a file even using the command window it would come back. Even big things like settings would go back as well Wont connect to wifi automatically


Right now, I need my storage fixed. If not that, at least a way to reboot my windows account so I don’t have to look at that same beach ever again.

Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
