Windows 10: Store and Xbox app not opening, cant run apps as admin except via task manager.

I am on windows 10 pro. version 10.0.19045 Build 19045Microsoft store and xbox store app open for a split second then close. Have tried reinstalling, repairing, manually enabling the services, repairing the services, no dice.I am also having trouble accessing some one drive files from my pc, but not my phone.Simultaneously, i am unable to run apps cmd, services as admin except via task managerrun new task, create with admin priv.This seemed to me like a harddrive corruption problem maybe but dskchecks all cameup fine. So far i have tested in safe mode, tested with a different admin user, r

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

Cannot open Xbox App game bar

Issues with saving your video clips or using the Game bar on Windows 10 are possibly caused by an outdated Xbox app or a corrupted folder on Windows Explorer. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you move your saved video clips to another folder within
the PC. The next saved videos will automatically go to the new folder.
