Information The Windows Store offers various apps that users can browse through, purchase, or get for free to download and install to their Microsoft account in Windows 10 PCs and devices.

The people who create apps are constantly making tweaks and improvements, fixing bugs, or adding new features. When a newer version of an app you've downloaded and installed becomes available, the app update will be downloaded and installed automatically by default.

This tutorial will show you how to manually check for updates in the Store for installed apps on your Windows 10 Mobile phone.

    Here's How:

    1. Open All apps, and tap on the Store. (see screenshot below)

at the top right indicates how many app updates are currently downloading or pending for download. (see screenshots below)

Note You can click on the X to the right of an app update to cancel the update.

You can pause and resume app updates for all or individual apps.

  2. my phone not getting windows 10 upgrade

There are few answers on why your phone's not getting the Windows 10 Mobile Update.

But you can do this steps to look for it

    1) If you're an Insider , be sure to log in to the Windows Insider app on your phone, then enroll and check for updates

    2) If you're not, check if your phone is capable of running Windows 10 Mobile here or downloading the

    Upgrade Advisor App
. If it is, check for updates and wait. If it's not, you're not getting the Windows 10 Mobile Update

"Check for Updates" and "APP Store" not running in Windows 10

the "Check for Updates" does not run. It states that it couldn't connect to the Update Service even though the internet connection is working.

"APP Store" does not run. It states to try again later and gives the following Error Code: 0x8000FFFF

Has anyone had similar issues and a way to fix these isssues?
