    Everytime I use Store it will crash with error that something happened. I was able to use it before I install anti virus in my PC. I tried to remove the anti virus that I have then try the store again but it didnt work. I want to use it now so please help me all.

    Candy Crush Saga - Microsoft Store - Purchased minutes ago

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.



    We understand that Candy Crush Saga shows as Purchased minutes ago in Store Library. We would like to inform that Microsoft Store adds all the installed apps to the Owned list that is the reason you might be seeing Purchased minutes ago for Candy Crush
    saga. The Owned list helps in finding the previously installed apps, and in case you wish to install any previously installed app, you can do that through Owned list.



    However, you can hide the app from the Store library. Follow the steps mentioned below:



    1. Open Microsoft Store, click on the
      Ellipsis (…).
    2. Select My Library.
    3. Under My Library, click on the
      Ellipsis (…)
      for Candy Crush Saga and select Hide.

    candy crush app won't respond

    We need to gather more information for us to better understand your concern about, accessing the Candy Crush app. Kindly answer these questions:

    • Can you access the Candy Crush app before? If so, when did the issue start?
    • Were there any changes made on your computer before encountering the issue?
    • Can you please describe to us what is happening when you open the Candy Crush app? Are you encountering an error message when accessing the app?
    • What is the OS Build of your Windows 10? To determine the build of your Windows 10, follow these steps:
      • Click the Windows logo (Start button).
      • Click the gear icon (Setting).
      • Select System.
      • On the left pane, choose About.
    • Can you still access your other applications?

    There may be an issue with the files of the Candy Crush app that is why you're having an issue accessing it. In the meantime, we suggest running theWindows
    Store apps troubleshooter
    to see if the troubleshooter will be able to replace the files of the app.

    • Do you receive any error message/code?
    • Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
      winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
      Enter.


    We would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article

    Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store
    and see if that helps.
