Windows 10: Store keeps updating its apps

I have store open and it will download the updates for my apps. It is fine and nothing is wrong then installs every update. I was happy for this till I found out that when I open Store again there are pending for updates again. So I install it restart the computer and check it again but then again the update are still coming and never install properly.

  Press Windows + E.
  
• 
  Click on This PC at the top left corner.
  
• 
  Click on C: Drive.
  
• 
  Click on Program files.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Apps.

Windows Store Apps will not install after latest Windows Update

Error 0x80073cfe that started after the latest Windows update may occur in Windows Store due to corrupted package repository. For us to fix this error, we suggest that you reset the Windows Store cache and try installing apps again. To reset the Windows
Store cache, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R to open the Run window.
• Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.

Again...Microsoft Store keeps updating the same apps

We understand that Microsoft Store is trying to update the app repeatedly, even after it’s up to date.



In this scenario, we would suggest you to perform these steps and check.



Step 1: Reinstall Windows 10 Store app using PowerShell

1. On the Start
   screen, type CMD. In the search results, right-click Command Prompt, and then select Run as Administrator.
   
2. Copy and paste this command, and then press Enter:
   Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
   
3. Once the process complete, restart the PC and check

Step 3: New user account

If the issue persists, then we would suggest you to create a new administrator user account and check, refer this article to
create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10.
