Windows 10: Store missing when reset

The PC is not functioning completely for six month and after I made a backup of all my files and programs I decided to do a complete reset on my PC. Since the PC is not functioning well the reset failed multiple times and even I attempted multiple times the reset successfully finish once and it took a long time to restart as well. All the troubles is done except the MS Store is not opening at all. I set it up with my MS Account but does not budge to open. Help me out.

Please follow the methods mentioned below:

Method 1:

I suggest that you reset the Windows Store cache as per the below mentioned steps and check:

• 
  Press Windows key
  and R key together to open the Run Window.
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe
  and press Enter key for the command to execute.
  

Method 2:

• 
  You may try to run the in-built Windows Store app troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:
  

• 
  Press Windows Key + X..
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on View All.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Store apps to run the troubleshooter.

Windows Store Reset

Why did you delete them?

It wasn't working for me, set up as live tile but not updating the picture. I then went to featured app in the store as you suggested, then ran wsreset and it started working.

Was that your steps? I did read them but I forgot what they are now and I seem to have only done 2 steps.

Are you signing in with a Microsoft User account or a local user account? As an initial step, we suggest that you
reset the Windows store cache. Here's how:

• Press Windows logo key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe in the Run command box, and then press
  Enter.
• Restart your PC, sign in with a Microsoft User account, and then check if you are able to find Windows Store.
