Windows 10: Store not finishing updates

I update apps in my MS store then once its finished it will still says pending for updates. I clicked on it then it will initiate the installation again. I closed and re open Store and doing the same thing. How can I stop this updates looping in my computer?

• Under System and Security, click Fix problems with Windows Update.
• Follow the prompts.
• Once it's finished, sign out your account in Windows Store and sign back in.
• Check if you can update your apps.

We suggest that you reset the Windows Store and see if it resolves the issue. To reset Windows Store, follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key + R to open the Run window.
• Type the following command:
  • wsreset.exe
• 
  Wait for it to finish, then restart your PC.
