Windows 10: Store not opening despite of PC reset

I just reset my PC due to system failure and multiple BSOD. So far my system works fine however I have problem with Store. It is not working at all and I need help on how can I open it. The store will load with its logo and no function that you can use to make it work. I restart the PC after reset to make sure everything is okay. The PC is updated as well since I made update after doing reset.

store doesn't open

Windows 10 Store opens for no reason by it's self.

To resolve the issue with your Windows Store, we suggest that you reset it by following the steps listed:

• Press Windows Key + R to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe, and click OK.

It will show a command prompt window which is blank, but it is clearing the cache. Just wait for the Store to close and open automatically.
