Windows 10: Store not responsive

This app is failed to response when I need it. I need to download an app and its not providing me download button then it fails to response. Sometimes I need to force to shut it down to the taskbar then start all over again but the problem still there.Windows 10 and I need fix

• Type troubleshooting in the search box
  and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.

• Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.

Sorry for the late response. If the above steps did not work, let's try another troubleshooting step. You can try the suggestion by Linley Meslier above and see if it will resolve the issue. If not, try resetting Windows Store cache. Follow the steps below:

• Click on Cortana.
• Type WSreset.exe, then click it.
• The Store app and a command prompt will open without any messages and it will automatically close when the process is done.
• Restart the computer.

After doing the steps, try running Windows Store again and see if you can do an update.
