Windows 10: Store update

They’ve had a great week, earlier in the week massive outlook outage and now this!

Well I went into Device Manger and clicked on the DVD Drive and checked to check for any hardware cahnged and it move it out of drives to where it is supped to be. But when I restart it is gone and I have to repeat the process.

 

Same issue here on both Windows 10 Pro 15063.608 Desktops, did report it on Feedback hub, but not sure will do any good lol

After reading your link....I went back to recheck my store update and lo and behold it updated. Now it says my store app was modified moments ago. So mine is working/fix....for now. Although, there is no new look.

 

Yes I just went in and successfully updated. But no new look or icon, guess that’s coming later

Some things are updating automatically but those two wouldn't even manually.

 

I got the new coloured Microsoft Store icon a couple of days ago for my Windows 10 Pro v1703 Build 15063.608 PC (I’m an Insider but opted in for early release updates only) but since then there are four apps: Films & TV, Mail and Calendar, Skype and Photos, which repeatedly fail to install.

The weird thing is that others such as Microsoft To-Do and others have updated fine so the issue is either specific to those apps and/or the new version of the Store. A couple of other people on the Guru3D forum are reporting the same issue so it’s likely not isolated.

 

Frustrating to hear, without doubt the store and apps (especially the native ones) are the most fragile/problematic parts of windows 10.

 

Received yet another update for store this morning. So it updated Friday, again on Saturday and now this morning. It’s uodating ok each time but this is a bit of a joke the frequency of them. I think it was .23 on fri, .25 on sat and now .26

 

Still same here, those two are still not updating, actually it downloads but throws error when installing. Uninstalled Skype and tried to install again but same error

 

Mine is working fine now.

 

Hi, now I have the same error with Mail and calendar. Anyone else? Thanks

 

My last one that refused to update Films &TV just updated. One Drive got updated yesterday. It's all fine now.
