    Store won't let me download ANYTHING


    I am so beyond infuriated with Microsoft on this one. I’ve tried every fix I’ve seen online and nothing changes anything. I bought Forza Horizon and Minecraft from the microsoft store yet it refuses to let me download them. I’ve tried the wsreset, resetting from settings, some other command thing and I’m just overall extremely fed up with this garbage. I’m seeing post from 2018!!! How is this STILL not fixed? I’m not wiping windows either, I should never even have to think about that as an option. It’s a store. How can they not figure out the one thing a store is used for? I literally can’t download the shit I bought. If anyone knows of a fix that hasn’t been posted before, please let me know. Never ever buying anything microsoft made again, shit is a joke.

    microsoft store games won`t play

    when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

    the splash screen appears then goes

    I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

    I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.
