Windows 10: Store wont open after changing SSD and re installing Windows

I performed clean installation on my Windows after changing SSD few weeks ago. After checking every thing and it seems that it runs okay however I failed to notice that my MS Store is not working at all. I tried the wsreset and troubleshooter at the same time but not working. The store only opens for 5 seconds then close itself. I use my account on Store so I dont know why it is not working.

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

• On what device are you trying to access Windows Store?
• Where you able to access or open the Windows Store before?
• Have you made any changes or installed any updates prior to the issue?
  

If you're accessing it on a PC, we suggest that you reset the Windows Store. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click Windows key and click Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.

After that, Windows Store will open. You should receive a message saying The cache for the Store was cleared. You can now browse the Store for apps.

Windows 10 Store wont open

Its an HP laptop the store worked one time after I got back from shop with new cooling fan. Install new windows updates and has not worked since, also my photos do the same as store.
