why cant owned games be removed from ownership, as I want the data accumulated with them gone, uninstalling is not removing the data as every time I reinstall the game returns complete with it still intact, how can I start a game fresh as if I have never played it before as this is what I want to do.

    Hi,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community!

I would suggest you to clear the cache memory of the Windows Store app.

    Try the following steps:

    • Press Windows + R keys to open Run window

    • Type wsreset.exe and hit enter.

Now try to open Windows store and see if that helps.
