Windows 10: Store

hello,before reading this i want you to know I've tried all methods of fixing so in the comments could you please give me a solution that has not been tried instead repeating one that I have already done.Dear Microsoft, I LOVE this computer and think you've done an excellent job on window etc.however, I can not access the default Microsoft apps store, paint 3D photos etc.Every time I click on them a back underline appears.Also I think the computer has uninstalled Microsoft store.Trouble-shooter says no problems, resetting apps doesn't work,Previously I couldn't open the start menu

I would suggest you to clear the cache memory of the Windows Store app.

Try the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open Run window
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter.
  

Now try to open Windows store and see if that helps.

I suggest you run the Windows Store app troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:

• 
  Press Windows Key + X.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on View All.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Store apps to run the troubleshooter.
  

Method 2:

If the issue persist, I suggest you to reset Windows Store cache and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key+ R.
• Type wsreset.exe and hit
  Enter.

• Type WSReset.exe.
• Click on Run as administrator.
