Windows 10: Strange App With Strange Name on Startup Apps

I recently just found two strangely named apps in my startup apps while checking my task manager. Their file location is not even there and the command line only shows their name and nothing else. Any tips on what I should do? I'll upload a screenshot. I have also tried searching the internet for similar problems but I havent found anything, I also tried searching for the code-like app which kinda looks like a driver code, but google isnt showing any relevant result.

50 strange apps listed in my startup, Lag in typing on the keyboard.

I have about 50 strange apps listed in my startup. My computer is running slow and has a lag in typing on the keyboard. I have an HP laptop with 16 ram and 1 TB hard drive. My drive is about half full. These apps do not list in the apps unistall in settings.

they still showing in winpatrol.......also i get advertising audio from one of these, assume its hijacked my browser somehow, even though i dont have a browser open....

Windows 10 start up Apps list shows a strange App

Hello,

Today I have observed the following behavior on my Dell Inspiron Laptop, when I boot my laptop and login, I get to the list of startup apps and see a strange app in the list. This app disappears from the list if I go to Apps and Features and come back to
the startup apps list. Below is the screenshot of the startup apps list. Is my laptop infected with any malware?

I depend on Windows Defender to protect my system from any virus or malware. I see Windows Defender is up to date. I have run a quick scan which did not report any virus. I plan to run a full scan tonight. Full scan on my laptop takes about 15 hours to complete.
