Windows 10: Strange behavior of my laptop apparently related to low power states

My laptop has been exhibiting a very annoying behavior ever since I acquired it: whenever I leave it exporting photos, videos, or running some process, as soon as the screen turns off, its performance drops drastically to the point that sometimes I come back and the tasks are completely stopped or have made very little progress. The strange thing is that as soon as I move the mouse and the screen turns back on, it resumes executing the task normally. I must clarify that I always set the screen to turn off quickly, especially being this being an OLED, but in general, I do not establish any pow

Sleep Problems - Strange wake up behaviors

Hey, thanks for the suggestion! I went into my BIOS and neither "MSI Fast Boot" or "Fast Boot" were enabled. I took a few pictures of the BIOS config and of the power-related options, and attached them below.

 

Strange led behavior and more in 5800

After some time of normal behavior, green and red leds stay "on" even in locked mode. After some time the phone shuts down; battery apparently isn't low at the moment of shutdown, but I have to recharge in order to turn it on. The 5800 is 14 months old and
firmware is 50.0.05, I can't upgrade because 51.0.0.6 isn't available for my code.

Some suggestions?

Laptop Battery Strange Behavior

Recently, I noticed a strange behavior in my laptop's battery.

Whenever it is plugged it shows 100% charge but when I unplugged it, it went down to 0 and then computer shut down.

I kept it unplugged and then restart the laptop. It started up despite all warnings about the critical battery level and even worked for over an hour before I plugged it again! After plugged it again, it charged up to 34%. Again, when it is plugged, it shows
100 and when unplugged shows 34.

I am not sure if it is a hardware problem (battery, laptop, etc.) or a Windows issue. I did everything suggested such as troubleshooting, uninstalling and installing the battery driver, SFC scan, chkdsk, etc. None of them worked.

It is a Dell Inspiron laptop (over 3 years old) working with Windows 10.

Any idea would be appreciated.
