    Strange behavior with windows 10


    I have an HP SFF PC running on Windows 10 and I am unable to utilize the "Windows" icon or even type into the taskbar. I also experience a 3, 15, 1064 error code when attempting to sign into my google account. I AM able to sign into my Google Account from Chrome, but it is necessary to do so each time I use that browser. My PC has been faltering on start-up and when Windows indicates that it is installing updates it always shows a message reading: Windows couldn't install updates..."Help!
