Windows 10: Strange Black Screen After Opening A File?

Hello. So yesterday I downloaded a hack file for a game yes, I know, I should've used my head before doing so and then I opened it. After installing it, I opened it and nothing happened, my cursor was just in the "loading" state for some time and then it stopped. I was like "Oh okay, I guess I'll uninstall it since it doesn't work". In the middle of uninstalling, my screen went black and I couldn't see my cursor at all. PC is still working fine and everything, but the screen is just black the WHOLE time. When I turn on the PC it's black, it's black when it's turned on. The only way for me to see the screen for less than a second is turning off my screen then turning it on again. It shows the desktop and stuff for less than a second, then becomes black again. I tried a TON of things, since I got avast premium I tried scanning a bunch of times but it says there's no virus, tried uninstalling the drivers and restarting my pc, tried fixing things in safe mode the screen is black even in safe mode! but nothing worked. Please help me, I really need my PC for school purposes asap, any help would be really appreciated.
