Windows 10: Strange connection issues on Windows 10

Hello, so I’ve been having this issue for a few weeks now and can’t figure out why.Quite a few different things are happening which all seem related. When I’m browsing the internet certain sites just refuse to load, if I run a VPN they work perfectly fine and they’re definitely not geolocked sites.Other sites may take a long time to load before they workSteam store will take forever to load or won’t load at all and friends network won’t connect at first until I try reconnect then it works.Rocket league won’t let me online as it says it doesn’t have an internet connection & the Asseto Corsa

Windows 10 Ethernet connection randomly disconnects

I suggest checking out the event log in Windows. It's likely going to tell you why (to some degree,) why the network connection was lost. I haven't had this issue with wired connections but, with wireless it has almost always come down to drivers or a strange software bug which boiled down to how the driver operates.

Drivers and certain antivirus software or vpn related stuff.

 

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown
