Windows 10: Strange Keyboard Laptop Problem

Hey,My laptop was working fine when the keyboard started to freeze on its own for no reason not the pc, not the mouse, only the keyboard and since then it freezes every 2min, then comes back 2min, then refreeze etc...I tried to connect a keyboard and its working all the time.I tried to use the keyboard's laptop in bios and it's working all the time, i tried to use it in Safe Mode and the keyboard is not working at all..My windows update is in lastest version.Im really out of ideas, do you know where it can come from ?If it works in the bios, it's not a material problem i think ?Btw sorry fo

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to the laptop to check if that helps.

Further you may also use the onscreen keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

• 
  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.

Very Strange Problem with Laptop Keyboard/Power Button

Thanks for the replies, my next step is to try non conductive tape in certain spots before doing an entire teardown.

Actually, this keyboard is held in by one screw on the bottom of the laptop (picture 1) and 5 screws under the bezel around the keyboard (picture 2+3) but does snap into place and kindof stay there without the screws

Keyboard letters problem

Here are the first two steps you need to take:

• Try a different keyboard (or an external USB keyboard in case of a laptop)
• See if the problem persists with the on-screen keyboard (osk.exe)
