Windows 10: Strange network issue - Windows 10

I would like ask for help as I have encountered something incredibly strange in Windows 10. I've been on the same Windows install for about 5 years now, everything was fine till a couple of days ago, when sometime all of a sudden all of my network connections stops working. I cannot reach any website checked with Brave, Edge, Firefox EXCEPT Youtube for some reason, Windows Update times out as well, not even my local router 192.168.1.1. I can ping it, but cannot reach it via HTTP/HTTPS. Again, weirdly Youtube works perfectly, I can watch any videos. - I have other devices on the same Route

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown

What is this network device?


This is a weird problem I've been seeing in windows for years now (not just windows 10). I've been unable to figure out what it is, but we're not alone in this, I did some research a while back and a lot of other people were seeing it as well.

Some suggest it's a bug in the network stack. Some suggest it's neighbors who are connecting somehow, but not able to use the network. Regardless, it's not an uncommon problem and doesn't seem to be anything worry about. Here's some examples:
