    Strange problem during Windows 10 installation


    I just made a fresh install of Windows 10 on my friend's laptop, everything was ok till the last step before finish. I come to the step when I choose location, language, I set the username, I skip password, I set the default config for different steps (Cortana etc..) and instead of countinuing the latest step of installation before desktop appears it send me again to the first step to choose location, language, set username etc. I put the same username and it tell me you can use it (the session exists already), I tried to change username and same thing. I tried to restart the installation, delete the different partitions and the same problem persist.

    Personally I never have seen similar issue, so hope someone else have an idea about what's happening.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    It's good that you're not experiencing any issues. Unfortunately many folks are, a quick Google search will show the same info im offering the OP.

    It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

    I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP
