Windows 10: Strange refresh that stops my actions with any software since installing Windows 11

Hellosince I installed Win11 my laptop has a strange behaviour.I've created a video that you can watch here because it's hard to explain by words.Every few minutes something freezes or refreshes the computer, that works normally except for the fact that the action I'm doing gets interrupted.It's like when you hit Esc or F5 on your keyboard. It's like pc is thinking about something.For example:- on Chrome: even doing nothing, the upper bar gets clearer like when you hit F5, in the same time the mouse arrow changes to a circle.- any context menu like in Word when you scroll font list gets clos

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Internet Explorer 11; Windows 10....Stopped Working

IE11; Windows 10. For the past 2 weeks when I open IE11 I get Internet Explorer has Stopped working POPUP message rendering IE 11 unusable.

I have followed suggested Fixes by "Resetting" IE11; Use Software Rendering...is NOT checked. I have tried to use "System Restore" and go back to a Restore Point prior to 2 weeks but, I get unable to restore to xx/xx/xxxx because the process cannot file iexplorer.exe.

I have tried several Restore Points...get this same result.

I cannot fine the Internet 11 Install Update to delete it as it is not in the list History\Installed Updates.

Surely there must be away to fix IE 11...I have run out of things to do...suggestions with steps will be appreciated.

To stop action center notifications, I suggest you to follow the steps given below:

• 
  Type settings in search bar and hit
  enter.
  
• 
  Go to system.
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions.
  
• 
  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.
