Windows 10: Strange registry entries in Home Group Listener Guid_AlphaListener_AlphaAccount

I can't find anything on Alpha listener or an Alpha Account. CIA hacking tools appeared in one search but the translation to English was terrible and I couldn't understand it.

Windows Sockets registry entries required for network connectivity are missing.

I tried steps like resetting winsock settings through Command prompt and deleting the registry entries. However, registry entries of winsock2 and winsock could not be deleted. On further steps of installing Adapter settings, I got a message that the steps
could not be performed due to Group Policy settings. Please help.

 

Starting Home Group Listener gives no more endpoints available

Hi,

I suggest you to run the inbuilt home group Troubleshooter and check if this helps. Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter:

• In the search box, type ‘Troubleshooter’, and then click
  ‘Troubleshooting’.
• Click on view all.
• Select Home group from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.
