Windows 10: Strange russian microsoft installed app

Hi,Just bought a new laptop and did the windows update.After that I realise that I have a russian or something similar Microsoft app that I can't remove.What is it? Seems to be something related to language pack but I only have EN and FR installed.Any explanation?

My Surface Pro 4 Apps are in Russian

This didn't work either.

But I have now identified that the Microsoft store and all associated apps are the only things affected. Even the store is in Russian. The rest of the computer is fine.

My location is set to Australia and Language is set to English as default also set to first priority in the language list.

I have Russian installed for my partner when she uses the computer only for the keyboard which can be turned on and off on demand from the task bar. It is currently set to English, all settings are set to english, but the microsoft store and associated apps
are all in Russian.

Very strange it only affects the MS Store.

I am sorry! But Windows update don't do nothing after selected Russian keyboard from list. I see only bottom< Remove>
