    Strange screen flickering that happens on startup, how to fix?


    So I'm wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem I'm having. I decided to install windows 11 on my pc and initially when I had enabled secure boot, after restarting my pc it kept instantly going to this infinite glitching screen. So I ended up having to completely reset everything back to default. I had missed a step the first time through getting my pc ready for win11 and I did that step the next time around and managed to get win11 installed. Now when I boot up my pc I'm again seeing the glitchy screen but only for a few moments after the boot. It eventually goes to the login screen.

    I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
