Windows 10: Strange spotty text, how can I fix this?

Hi, I don't know why, but for some reason, my text on almost everything becomes strangely missing and it just looks weird. I don't know why has this started happening, but it happened two days ago, and I was going onto Kisscartoon (note, I've been here before sometimes and it's never done that before) and it took a while to load, so, I turned off my computer twice, because it wasn't working, then, now it works. But, now, text on anything, like, YouTube, Google Drive, and so on sometimes glitch and make the text look like it's disappeared. But, if I move my mouse, it actually goes away, but's it's just annoying. Can some one please explain to me why is this happening, and if there's a way to fix this? Thank you.

Bluetooth spotty reception

I'm having trouble with bad/spotty reception from my Bluetooth devices. I have to place the device on my laptop keyboard to get reception and then it is very spotty. I have attempted to use the fixes that I see online but nothing is helping. Can someone
help?

 

Fuzzy Text - EDID Fix....Need Help

Computer: Zotac MAG HD-ND01, Nvidia ION Video.
Monitor: Westinghouse 32" 1080P TV.
Op System: Windows 7 64bit.

Problem: Fuzzy text when using HDMI @1920x1080P. Text sharp using VGA.

I know that the solution is to edit the registry to override the monitors HDID extensions to disable audio over HDMI.

I downloaded some tools like Phoenix EDID Designer, and Monitor Asset Manager but don't have a clue how to proceed.

Programs not working


In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
