Windows 10: Strange subfolder in Windows?

Hello Have I found a strange folder called system32 I think the folder is a virus?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

• Click on the Hub option on top right of the screen.
• Select the subfolder that you want to move.
• Drag the subfolder & drop on the folder.
