    Notwithstanding this is still beta, some strange stuff with updates... got this from a Defender update...

    Then on reboot... it gave me the 'baby blue screen' with the usual " Strange update issue... :( windows needs to restart... blah, blah"

    On restart all OK ...

    Other than that no problems...

    Strange E51 Update Issue

    it is difficult for me to advise, I have several successful updates with my E51 I did not see your issue, I hope you received your device from a reliable source and that your E51 has not been somehow compromised,

    really the only thing I think you can do is try it again

    Strange E51 Update Issue

    I've been trying the update over the last few days. The entire update is downloaded and the process begins, but the E51 reboots after about 3 mins and then NSU reports a failure.

    Strange update issue...

    I've seen that too on my first W10 attempt and it was when I was trying to check for updates manually. On subsequent installs I just leave Windows Update to its own devices and haven't encountered any errors.
