Windows 10: strange verbage added to top of outgoing messages

On some of the emails I send from my account, but not all, I see, after the email has gone through that the verbage below has appeared at the top of the message.

how do I stop this from occurring?

C3 strange outgoing messages

Actually I did reset my phone twice but it is still happening. (These messages look like outgoing flash SMS.)



According to my Product Code 059C6F5, there is no updated version for my device. :smileysad:

The Outgoing SMTP mail server port number depends on the your email service provider. We recommend that you contact your service provider and request for the incoming and outgoing mail server settings.

Remove the account that you're having issues sending messages, and add the account to your phone using the steps below.

Presuming that you have removed the email account you're having issues sending messages:

• Launch the Outlook Mail app.
• Tap Add account.
• Tap Advanced setup.
• Tap Internet email.
• Enter your email account credentials.
• Tap the Sign in button.

Let us know what happens after adding your email using the suggested steps.

 

Nokia E63 Outgoing message symbol hanged

While sending message, the message was not delevered and the outgoing message symbol which appears while sending a message hanged and always appears at top right corner. Please help how to remove the symbol/
