Windows 10: Strange zoomed in bluescreen

Every now and then, I get a really weird, Low quality, Zoomed in blue screen.

It tends to happen only on start up, And it doesn't appear to have a stop code, However, Each time I get it, It always has:

"What Failed: nvlddmkm.sysNOT_HANDLED"


Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

• If you have a mouse with a wheel, hold down the Ctrl key, and then scroll the wheel to zoom in or out.
• From the keyboard, you can increase or decrease the zoom value in 10% increments. To zoom in, press Ctrl + (+). To zoom out, press Ctrl + (-). To restore the zoom to 100%, press Ctrl+0.

• Is the issue specific to the Zoom app?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
  

I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the Zoom article

Testing computer or device audio and see if that helps.

Zoom in Adobe
