Windows 10: Stream 7 locked by bitlocker

I purchased in Amazon this new tablet in 2015. Upgraded from windows 8 to 10. Everything was fine I love this product. I have HP products for almost 20 years. Ok...I turned on my tablet and from nowhere a blue screen appears saying: "bitlocker". Below is an empty box for a long number I suppose to have. Says this: "You need to enter your recovery key because Secure Boot has been disable. Either secure boot must be re-enabled or bitlocker must be suspended for W to start normally. To retrieve the key go to etcetcetc.

Well....I don't have that code I never registered I have no USB recovery or something. I have nothing. I just want to use my laptop which is mine and I purchased brand new.

Can you please send me that key or tell me how to come back to normal? I am not an expert I just use my laptop normally.

I pressed "skip" but all the options goes to an dead end. Is like the PC thinks I am not the owner or something.

If needed, I have the invoice from Amazon.

I am frustrated. Thanks for your time and sorry for my english.

I suggest you to perform below mentioned steps to disable BitLocker.

To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change View by from Category
  to Large Icons/Small Icons.
  
• 
  Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
  Turn BitLocker Off.
  
• 
  Follow on screen instructions. Click on Decrypt the Drive
  when the message appears.

Need to turn off Bitlocker to install Windows 10

We suggest doing the following steps again to resolve the issue. To complete the procedure, make sure that you have the following information:

• You must be able to provide administrative credentials.
• The drive must be BitLocker-protected.

To suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption on an operating system drive, please follow the steps below:

• Click Start, click Control Panel, click
  System and Security, and then click BitLocker Drive Encryption.
• Click Suspend Protection for the operating system drive.
• A message is displayed, informing you that your data will not be protected while BitLocker is suspended and asking if you want to suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption.
  
• Click Yes to continue and suspend BitLocker on the drive.
