Windows 10: Streaming Service is not working on my machine anymore

Greets,so i am having an issue with Disney+ on my machine. The issue:whenever i try to start anything on disney+ i get the error 83. i was using google chrome for my streaming. contacted disney+ and they tried to help me with no avail. the solutions for the issue they told me were IP related and we tried to fix it by disabling IPv6 a common issue from their side as it seems, restarted the router multiple time, the machine itself multiple times, resetted settings, cache and so on. basically everything they could think of that has something to do with the issue. after failed attempts i tried a

I suggest to turn on the IIS feature from Program and features.

Follow the steps below:

• Go to Control Panel
• Program and Features
• Turn windows features On or Off
• Find Internet information services and click on it. Let the services start.

Now check if you are able to stream.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to check the status of Volume Shadow Copy service and SPP services.

Note: You must be logged on as an administrator to perform these steps.

• Press the windows key + R to open the Run Command Utility. Type in
  services.msc and press Enter to open the Windows Services console.
• If the SPP service is disabled, double-click it to open the service properties.
• If Volume Shadow Copy service is disabled, double-click it to open

• Click the Startup type list, click
  Automatic (Delayed Start), and then click Apply.
• Under Service status, click Start.
