Windows 10: Streaming video's audio is out of sync in Windows 11

This happened suddenly right after the last update. It happens on all browsers and even with headphones.I have taken all the steps suggested here and online to resolve the issue to no avail. Usually, reloading the page will work, but sometimes I have to do this several times during the video. On YouTube it doesn't seem to be a problem unless I go to full screen.The HP diagnostics say my drivers are all up to date. I've disabled all recommended sound properties and fast startup. I'm very confused why nothing has seemed to fix it, and this seems to be an ongoing Windows problem.

We'd like to learn more about your concern regarding the sync issue when you're video streaming. We just have a few questions for you:

  Since you've tried running both the Realtek and the default audio driver, have you tried uninstalling the Realtek driver as well, then letting Windows automatically reinstall it?
  
• 
  Have you tried using older versions of Realtek or Nvidia drivers to see if the sync issues still persist?
  

 

streaming video audio not in sync

After one of the last windows 10 updates, all streaming video and audio is out of sync on Youtube and any links. The audio is fine but the video stalls immediately and the right side of the screen usually shows only horizontal lines (I would add a screenshot...)

I have updated windows; display adapters say they are working fine in Device Manager; turned media player on and off; under Performance Tab in media player checked all boxes under video playback (though this concerns streaming). Not sure what else to do?

Can you pls help?

Audio and video are not in sync for streaming video, windows 10 pro. The longer it plays the worse it gets? Can be utube or bbc, or any.
